Now that some of the big pieces of the wedding are in place it’s time to think about your bridal attendants.  It is an honor to be asked to be a bridesmaid so you should make it a moment to remember for both of you.   Bridesmaids are always touched and flattered…by asking someone to be your bridesmaid you are singling them out and showing them how important they are to you.  You are asking them to be a part of one of the most important days of your life, so try to think of a creative and fun way of doing this.

Whether or not to ask them as a group or individually is a personal decision.   I might recommend that you ask your maid/matron of honor separately and then other bridesmaids together (if everyone is local that is).   This system always works well because in the event your first choice of maid/matron is unable to accept your offer then you can promote another to that status without them feeling hurt that they are second choice for that position.
