Ok…the exhilaration is now under control so it’s time to start making the big decisions about the style of your wedding.  Start thinking about the sort of flowers you want to have, the style of photography and videography, the type of food service and the variety of cake you want to order.

Schedule appointments to meet appropriate vendors.  This will allow you time to make the right choices.  Tear out magazine pictures of floral bouquets, centerpieces and table settings to help make your meetings with the florist and caterer more productive. 

Once you have completed your interviews make firm bookings with the vendors of your choice.  Good florists, photographers and caterers get booked quickly so there’s no point in waiting once you’ve got your heart set on a particular company.   Whew…you’ve done a lot since your engagement!
